Core 3: Data Acquisition and Persistence

Objective

The main objective of Core 3 is to provide Synchronization of heterogeneous medical-sensor data for identification, analysis and communication. The Curation of context, raw sensory, environmental variables in large scale non-volatile persistence (Big Data) with CRUD operations. Also provide support to the FHIR and heterogenous format. 

Features

  • To provide a support for the observatory and interventional data from multimodal data sources.
  • To data acquisition service also manage data communication from multiple medical / sensor devices.
  • The life-log analysis also provides Identification, analysis and processing of the data from multimodal data sources. 
  • As lot of data are coming from the heterogenous data sources therefore, storage of heterogeneous data in real-time is mandatory for the Core 3. 
  • Provisioning of the raw-sensory data for non-volatile persistence for data driven knowledge generation
